Gibsons Regatta

May 27, 2021

The Gibsons Regatta was a regular event on the Sea Cavalcade weekend. After a hiatus of a number of years the club revived it, having its first regatta on Saturday July 27th. 2019. The historic Howe Sound cup (which in past days was awarded to the overall winner of three local regattas, Bowen Island, Gibsons, and Squamish) was taken out of retirement and will henceforth be awarded to the Gibsons Regatta winner.

The 2021 Regatta will go ahead on the weekend of July 24/25 in an exciting new format with three races over the two days.
