Cruise News: Salty Dawgs schedule comprehensive webinar series

Salty Dawg

Apr 22, 2021

Many Canadian cruisers have discovered the Salty Dawg Sailing Association. The Dawgs is an educational and charitable organization that conducts rallies, educational seminars and webinars, and rendezvous to help sailors realize their long-distance cruising dreams.  The underlying principle of this volunteer led organization is to transfer knowledge and skills from veteran “Salty Dawgs” to less experiences sailors, enabling independent decision-making and develop offshore confidence.  Truly, sailors helping sailors.

During Covid times, like everyone else, the organization is providing its series online:

Spring/Summer Series Part I – May 4 to May 27

Spring/Summer Series Part II – June 1 to June 29

10-11 Webinars in each series

The webinars are free for Salty Dawg Members (lots of Canadian boats already are); Non-Members – $25 for the entire series or $12 for an individual webinar.
